Tasha McDuffie
Director
Tasha is the Site Director for our Ford Heights Early Learning location. Her primary role is to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and the focus of the staff is where it should be – on the success of the children. Tasha has been with Illinois Action for Children for over six years and received her Master of Science in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling from National Louis University and her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education/Diverse Learners from Kendall College. She strives to be creative, flexible, optimistic, resourceful, committed, reliable and approachable; with a goal to build positive relationships with her staff, students and families.
