Crystal Powell, M.Ed
Director
Crystal Powell is the Site Director for our Chicago Heights Early Learning Center. She ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly so children can learn, grow and develop. Crystal graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Child Development and Family Studies and has over 10 years of experience. In 2015, she earned her Master’s degree from National Louis University in Early Childhood Administration. Crystal believes that children are sponges, they learn through their environment and beyond teaching, educators should focus on the well-being of children to ensure their basic needs are always being met.
