At Home Activities

We know that it can be challenging to provide your children with fun, educational experiences at home during this unprecedented time. The Illinois Action for Children Early Learning Programs team is proud to now offer a selection of At-Home Early Learning Activities, prepared just for you, by your early learning teachers!

Find the Early Learning Program site your child attends below and click to enjoy! You are also invited to explore the activities from any of the other sites.

Learn to make your own mask at home!

¡Has un Cubrebocas en Casa!

As part of Governor Pritzker’s modified Executive Stay-At-Home Order, face-coverings or masks are now required to be worn by anyone 2 years of age and older while out in public and in non-public places where social distancing of at least 6 feet is not always possible.

With this in mind, your IAFC Early Learning Program teachers wanted to help you talk to your kids about face-coverings—and help you learn how to make them yourself!
